On second thought: People may find the classic candy bar design too ordinary.

Tech Times’ verdict: Cool and classy. The Nokia — N79 arrives just in time for the gift-giving season.

The Samsung CT-21Z58MQ

What is it: The old-reliable CRT television with Samsung’s unique slim-fit aesthetics.

Who’s it for: People looking for a CRT television but conscious about space.

Wallet magnet: 30 percent thinner than the regular 22” CRT television; superior Samsung TV technologies (DNIeJr., signal and color optimizer, detail and contrast enhancers); direct DVD input; turbo sound effect; plug and play.

On second thought: Can they still make it any thinner?

What’s in the box: Samsung CT-21Z58MQ Slim-fit TV; external antenna; antenna adapter; wireless remote; manual and warranty.

Tech Times’ verdict: While LCD expands it market share, Samsung extends the life of the cathode ray tube in an affordable and slim television set that would perfectly fit the interiors of the space-concious.

• There are some cracking/popping sound at times. but this is explained in their website. check out their website in the FAQ section

   

• Longer than a Sony PSP

   

• No battery powered option

   

• Big adaptor

   

Finale…

• Looks like or better compared to a JBL in terms of design

   

• Kicks JBL’s ass in terms of price. (The JBL on tour costs around 7 to 8 thousand pesos, while this baby, costs around 6thousand pesos.) in my case, I sell them for only 3,500 pesos. (Im selling it at aDiscounted price and I buy wholesale)

   

• Can fill the whole room with sound!
